And here is the Alpha Kids master post! And until we have God-Tier costumes for them these are the only iterations I am doing of the Alpha Kids.
I hope you enjoyed the Alpha and Beta kids!
List of individual photosets:
Alpha Kid: Dirk Strider
I kind of hated putting those “glasses” over his eyes. He had such amazing orange eyeballs and then I had to cover them up. Darn accuracy. Ah well, he wouldn’t be Dirk/Bro without them.
Alpha Kid: Roxy Lalonde
Oh, Roxy! She is my favorite Alpha Kid, by far. (Abi even gave me a Roxy shirt so that I could cosplay) I think I spent the most time on her (despite her simple design) because I wanted her to the look the best. What would’ve been the icing on the proverbial cake is if I could have given her a martini.
Alpha Kid: Jake English
He may only have one pistol, but he is still dual wielding so that means it still counts, right? The jacket is a bit big, but it still looks pretty good in my opinion. And I love his symbol it was surprisingly easy to make.
Alpha Kid: Jane Crocker
As you can see, I gave up on trying to perfect the face of her symbol. I like the outline, but yeah, its poor face. I really like the way she turned out, regardless of her symbol issues.
And here is the master post for the Beta Kids. Next up: Alpha Kids!
Individual Photosets:
God Tier Beta Kid: Rose Lalonde
I am not exactly super, duper happy with the way she came out. I think it is that stupid face on that sun. I tried blocking it out with another sticker, but no bueno. Ah well, she came out pretty decent though.
Dog? Tier Beta Kid: Jade Harley
I hate that I don’t have any dog ears to give her and I am not sure if it is even possible to get dog ears as a piece of equipment. Meh. We can pretend, right? Use the ole imagaination, eh? Let’s do that.
God Tier Beta Kid: Dave Strider
John might’ve been the easiest to make, but Mr. Strider takes the cake for having the most swag. I mean, geez louise, toting that sword whilst wearing both chainmail and aviators he just oozes swag.
God Tier Beta Kid: John Egbert
AKA the return of lazy Zillyhoo. I think John was my favorite god tier child to make. I think it has to do with that he was the least-challenging. That was great. I enjoyed that part quite a bit.
First appearance Beta Kid: Jade Harley!
Not much to say other than when I first made her I saved her without the glasses and I kept thinking, “something is wrong here, what is happening?” And yeah, glasses. So here she is, her beautiful bespectacled self!
First Appearance Beta Kid: Dave Strider
I ironically gave the Young Knight voice. I am not even kidding. “I won’t back down!” Oh, it never ceases to make me giggle hearing that voice come out of Dave.
First Appearance Beta Kid: Rose Lalonde
It took me unnecessarily too long to figure out to give her a headband. Seriously, you guys, seriously. Also, being a ninja = needlekind. True facts.
And so it begins again! Caliburstuck!
First Appearance Beta Kid: John Egbert
I tried to make a Zillyhoo, and I got a bit lazy. Behold the glory of my lazy Zillyhoo. Here is some music to enjoy while you behold the fruits of my slothful labors.
